Dear Patrons,
This is a friendly reminder regarding the submission of your thesis. Please ensure the following guidelines are met:
-
Soft Copy Submission:
- File Types: Submit the manuscript in both PDF and Word document formats.
- File Structure: Combine the title page, preliminary pages, content, and the scanned signed transmittal (for undergraduate manuscripts) or approval sheet (for graduate theses, signed in blue ink) into a single file. Separate Word or PDF files will not be accepted.
- File Size: Ensure the file size does not exceed 50MB. If the file is larger, consider reducing the quality or size of images included.
-
Printed Manuscript:
- The printed manuscript must be an exact replica of the soft copies (both PDF and Word).
- Include the duly signed approval/transmittal in both the printed and softcopy manuscripts.
- Add 2 blank pages as flyleaves in each hard copy manuscript: one before the title page and one after the last page of the manuscript.
- Bring your borrower's card if you have one. If lost, provide a notarized affidavit of loss from an attorney. If you haven't secured a borrower's card, there is no need to worry.
-
2x2 Picture:
- Ensure the picture has a white background.
Thank you for your attention to these details. Please submit your thesis by the specified deadline.
